I am not sure what this company does. Their charges started showing up on my credit card bill

I was checking the the charges on my credit card bill and found charges to this company in the amount of $14.95 on 3 separate dates within a 40 day period. I do not remember buying anything from this company on those dates.
When I called the number provided, got a message that their office was closed, office hours from 7am to 7pm Central time. When I searched for information on this company, I was directed to this site. I hope that someone out there can tell me what this company is or if it is a scam. I am going to continue calling the number provided for 2 more days then dispute the charges with my credit card company.
