Wal-Marts policy is to bait and swich drug prices

Wal-Marts pharmacies lie and say up front that the various medical insurance companies like Blue Cross set the drug prices at a discounted price They even go so far as to quote to the penny the prices They will charge. Will They honor this no way don't be suprised if when You go to pick up the drugs that all prices suddenly are at full retail or even vastly higher like $100 dollars a presciption expect it They word is worthless. Is it legal to charge obsence prices for drugs unfortunatley yes. But to lie about is clearly a criminal act fraud and bait and switch.

When I called Ble Cross the agent made it very clear He practically ordered Me to refuse the drugs and order Wal-Marts to reverse the insurance which under the law Wal-Marts no option but to do. Anyother point Wal-Marts are unlikely to take a check on a even from someone like Me why I'm 60 years old and My checks are good as gold. Simple if I had stopped payment on the check there is little Wal-Marts can. They clearly can't file criminal action against You because You have a clear legal reason to do so You are not writing a bad check with crimal intent You are the victom.

If they try to sue you to claim the obscene prices they charge on drugs they will be laughed out of court for going into court with unclean ahands is the why it is termed. You simple cannot break the law with clear criminal intent and ask the court for protection. It's unlikely the courts will even inforce the fair and normal prices normally charged. It's not worth having to go to court and possibly have to go to court over this. Refuse the drugs and order them to reverse the insurance claim by law they have no other option even if the drugs are ordered special for You.

You should also contact the attorney generals office and ask for criminal charges to be files against Wal-Marts. Do not expect Wal-Marts to do what they say and honor the prices They promise. Expect the prices individual prescriptions to go to full retail price or above it's what to expect.
