I'd seen other complaints on here... And thought they were just disgruntled people who could work... Until it got to me.

All three of my doctors have told them repeatedly that I am home-bound several days per week because of my symptoms, which we are unable to control. On my worst days, I am essentially bound to the couch or bed and don't eat or bathe because I feel so poorly. (I don't even use the computer or read on these days).

They repeatedly sent my doctors forms to try to trick them into saying I could sit/type this that for X hours... And my doctors would put an X through the form and write them a letter saying "this patient is bound to his home and unable to work due to his symptoms several days per week - and therefore is unable to work".

They then told me my doctors said that I could do a graduated return to work. I had an appointment with both doctors that same day... And they're both like "WHAT?" I called them back and they stood by their story that my doctors said I could work.

They keep saying "well other people work with that." "That's controlled..."

They say my personal diary/journal is not acceptable for determining my disability status... And they pretend they don't know and don't hear what they don't want to hear. They pretend I don't know what's in my medical file.

NO - my medical records, my doctor, my journals and I ALL tell you they're not controlled. The only one saying it's controlled is their crooked claims managers and IMEs. They keep pretending they don't know that my situation is unchanged and act as though we've found some miracle cure.

When I told them I was bringing my case manager and video recorder to the IME... The IME doctor canceled the visit and quit their network.
