Where did my money go. How did I get sucked in to this misserable mess

Where did my money go? I know that after I sold some property and made my deposit into BB&T I had money, then after one month of having money, it just started disappearing. When I questioned my local office they replied that I had spent it. I kept track of all of my purchases and watched my online activity, but the money was just gone.

I have never had any problems with banking until BB&T bought out our little hometown bank called The Home Bank. Since then money started being taken out and then after a couple of weeks there would be a deposit I didn't make. All I could figure out was that someone in the bank who thought I wasn't paying attention was taking my funds for their own purpose and then putting all or some of the money back. I could never balance my check book because I wasn't the one getting the money or putting it back. The bank even blamed my husband. He didn't have a checkbook or a debit card. If he needed money I got it out of the bank for him.

I don't know how the bank works, I could never figure that out. All I know is that everytime I tried to talk to someone they would pass the buck on to someone else. I never got a straight answer, they don't want to give me one either. The company has plenty of internal issues that need to be investigated. I know I'm not the only one out their who has experienced this. I just wish some one could put a stop to it. The times are hard enough right now without having to worry about the bank taking money out of blue collar workers checking accounts.
