Will not pay back-pay

I am an ex-Hollywood Video employee. I worked there December 20-August 19. I was given the position of a Shift Manager after roughly 2 months of employment with the company. At the time, being a CSR, I was paid $5.50. I was told by my manager, Carrie Nicholson, that I would receive a dollar raise, and that it would be effective the following paycheck. Being only 18, I was THRILLED at the idea of becoming a manager, and gladly took the offer.
The following paycheck, I had 95.20 hours for 2 weeks, but was still receiving my $5.50 rate. My manager was on vacation at the time, so I kept the stub in my purse, and questioned her about it the day that she returned. She told me that she would talk to the district manager about it, and that she was sorry "Corporate was busy."
A couple days later, Carrie told me to call this 1-800 number, that it was the main support line. Over that week, I called the payroll office 57 times, and left 57 messages for someone to call me back. I NEVER received a call.
Again, I confronted Carrie about this matter, and once again, she said that she'd speak to the District Manager. She called me into the office one day and called a number, left a voice message, and told me that it should be taken care of.
That next week, we had no manager. No one in the store knew where Carrie was. We had alot of store issues that needed a manager. Somehow, over the next few weeks, our Assistant Manager, Janet Phelps took over. (Later we found out that Carrie had put in a two-weeks notice and left her resignation laying in a drawer in the office)
Anyways, I still had never received my money. I confronted Janet about the issue, and she told me that Carrie had never called and that she was a liar.
Its almost been a year since I reported this issue to the Labor Board, and still no results. I just found out about this website through a customer today.
If ANYONE reading this has any insight... PLEASE send me information. I know that $95.00 isn't really that much money to be arguing about, but it's rightfully mine and I'd appreciate getting it sometime before I die.
