Ripoff discrimination against emotionally disabled employee

I worked at Hollywood Video for 2 years. From 09 to 11. Over the course of my time there I was sexually harassed by co-workers and recently I just lost my job because I am emotionally disabled. I've been this way all my life and I try my best to never let my disability effect my work.

One day the district manager called me into the office. He told me he had complaints from co-workers that they saw me sniffing my hands and were offended. The district manager went on to tell me that it was reported that I was also seen scratching myself in the private area. I hate to say this but has anyone ever had an itch that they had to scratch? I first of all would never do that if front of customers or anyone. He also asked me if i'd ever stuck my hand down my pants. I told him no I would never ever do anything like that. He asked me two more times and told me to be honest. I again said no.

I was so humilated and hurt. At the very end he asked me if me and the assistant manager were dating because I told him he was the only one I normally worked with. I said yes, but I thought that was stupid of him to ask because jeremy the assistant manager and I had been dating for a year now. Even the store director knew we were.

Finally he said he had to terminate me not giving me a reason why I was being fired. I feel I've been abused in so many ways by this company and I'm going to fight them. I pray to god that I can win and show everyone you can't give one person rights and not the other. Disabled people are human beings too. We all need to be treated with respect
