Rippoff, selling service they can't produce, took my money and I received nothing

At the end of April I received a letter from a Michael Anthony telling me I could earn up to $4,500.00 weekly assembling magazines in my home. This sounded to good to be true. I tried to Google the company name but found nothing, which I credited to my lack of knowledge when it comes to the internet.

Anyway, being in the financial condition I am in, (unable to pay my mortgage), I pulled the family together, we came up with the $50.00 and on April 29, we put it in the mail.

We calculated the time frame given, and proceeded to set up my garage to be our place of assembly and waited patiently for the materials which we never received.

Finally I went of line to see if my check had been cashed and it had. It was cashed on May 8 at Bank of America, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 for deosit only into account #898011818833.

After I gathered this information, I tried to get help from Bank of America with no success. Can you help me get my money back?
