Amstar Solutions, not a solution but a crime

On May 21st I received a Loan agreement from Amstar solutions. I was requested to send them $960 to secure the loan. This was suppose to be the first 10 payments. I only had $800. They told me this was enough
to get the loan. So I sent them $800 by money gram to Ottawa Canada. When I called Customer service they said because of my credit history I needed to send them another $800, which I did not have until the 1st of June. On June 1st I called the company and told them I only had $400.
They told me to send them the $400 and the would deposit the $5000 in my checking account. When the money was not deposited by the next day, I called and was told I needed to send another $400.

At that point I requested a refund of the $1200. They said it would take 30 days to process the refund. I have yet to receive my money and do not think I will ever see my $1200 again.

I have tried calling the number but only get a recording of "thank you, good bye". Their web page no longer works so I have not way to contact the company.
