Carolyn Darrenbacher appears to be an average middle class suburban mother. She, as a frustrated former rider, bought a crazy black mare at an auction that bucked her daughter off so many times that her child doesn't want to ride anymore... She thought that she could train the perfect pony from scratch for her child and not have to pay for a made pony.

Carolyn had to sell the mean pony because her daughter didn't want to ride and she told callers about the pony "Ella is so sweet, we love her and hate to part with her. She is in your face just like a dog".

One woman took her daughter there for a second time when Carolyn was running late to meet them... And the potential buyer arrived to Carolyn's home before she did amazingly... The pony wasn't as serene as she was at the first visit. The pony bucked the girl off and when the Mom tried to grab the reins, the pony reared and tried to strike the Mom.
