Spurious Tax Collection letter from City of Danbury

I received a spurious past due tax collection notice from these folks, 14 years since I lived in Danbury. And I am quite certain that I have never owed any tax there, let alone the $3061 they claim.

I see there are some other victims of this out there, beware.
