False charges to checking account with debit card reference Elements mn

I was charged 29.95 to my checking account on 07/05/08 and I never heard of them. How do I get it removed and get them to stop?

I have no income, and am a disabled person. They should be charged with worse penalties for this crime for doing this to people with no money.
