Western Union ripoff There Has Been No City Listed

Received a notice by email from this Richard Martin supposedly from the Western Union. This individual wanted $250., to process an incoming funds that were to be sent in $10,000 encrements, until the receipt of over $2 million dollars were received.

First of all the name was suspicious and having dealt with western union I know not to send $250 up front. This was really suspicious so I thought others might like to know.
