Unsanitary conditions, rude service, racist remarks from workers

Nail 37 is a cess pool of unsanitary conditions and horrible service. There's a lack of good nail salons in the Jackson Heights area. So, my friends and I have gone to Nail 37 a few times. Each time is worse and worse. They don't sterilize their tools AT ALL. They don't clean the foot sinks between customers either. Sometimes the workers eat food, spit, pick their noses when they think customers aren't watching. That's what happened the last time we were there. We told the owner but she basically got mad at us for "starting trouble" in her store.

One of my friends had her brows waxed - if waxed is what you can call it - besides getting burned - she now has 1.5 brows instead of 2 now. Yes, they took off way too much. She was upset. They wouldn't give her money back. They wouldn't even apologize. She's trying to report them.
