Paul Walked out after 8years in Sept after moving us to a new state not knowing anyone from the time he walked out till time of the court action he didnt bother help in support until I had to beg him in my eyes he should have done the right thing without being asked. He then made threats towards me and he left his kids and I out in the middle of no where with out a vehicle 8 miles from the nearest town which also put me out of work that I did have is this a father that cares i dont think so.

In April he was finaly ordred to pay child support even though they didnt go back to the time he left they went back to Jan and ordred him to pay and at the time this started he was 1500 or so already in the arreas. Since then the arrears have doubled to $ 3,192.19 and to no avail I cant seem to get anything done Child Support Enforcement doesnt follow the court order as it states they dont take action to try to stop the arrears from going up according to them if he even makes a tiny payment hes making and effort if its an effort to me its a joke if an effort is being made tell me why the arreas have doubled even the wage withholdings arent working. I cant get help from legal aid and sure cant afford a lawyer.

This is not between him and I as some seem to think, Its between him and the children im doing my part for them the best I can he's not. If there is anyone out there that could give me advide or help as to how to fight the system before it get to out of control I would appreciate very much.

I have all the legal paper work to back up the amounts and all orders made.
