Fraudulent charge of $39.99

My credit card statment shows $39.99 was charged on 6/19. I did have one transaction with them on 3/7. But when I checked my account on their website, apparently I already deleted my credit card info after the transaction - their website emailed me my password in plain text, at that time I already concluded it's not a safe site.

Credit card company said they are going to investigate this.

P.S. I just saw several other cases on this issue on this website. They were charged 29.99 to 69.99 - seems this is a plotted crime.
