SORRY, SORRY, SORRY without a doubt, the worst ISP known to man

I thought WMConnect was bad until I had to switch to Netscape. This is without a doubt, the worst ISP known to man. It takes an extremely long time to access my email, and even longer to forward or reply to an email. I live in a rural area where only dialup is available and was considering Hughesnet or Wildblue, but after reading the negative comments about those providers, I'm not sure I want to get involved with those people.
