Taking advantage of the Elderly

I did not sign up for any voice mail with ESBI and will not pay for any services that I did not order. I am 83 years old and do not like being taken advantage of. I tried to call ESBI but cannot get a speaking voice. I am still trying to call Verizon so that I can block third party billing.
