Fraud beware! I ordered an item from a company called Factory Direct Deals, yet the name on my bank statement was Idea Logix, which should have been my first clue this was fraud. However, I ordered the item several weeks ago and have yet to receive the merchandise. I have called their so called phone number three or four times leaving messages, yet no one ever returns the calls. I find it hard to believe this is an actual company, yet no one is ever there to answer the phones. I will be turning this company in not only to my bank, but also to the local law enforcement agency, so there will be a police report. Becareful of what you purchase online, as there are obviously a very low class of human out there...
