Violating fair debt collections act

I was contacted by Kimberly Jones, who spoke extremely fast, stating she was "on the other line with the state attorney" regarding my case! She said she was in the process of filing and executing criminal charges with the Duval County courthouse to have me charged with a felony for a "Wolf 21" (which by the way doesn't exist) for "attempting to defraud a financial institution." When I asked her what she was referring to she told me it was for a payday loan I owed and that she had to receive $1200 by 1:00 that afternoon (she called me at 11:00 AM!) or the charges would be filed and her processors would come looking for me to pick me up for felony charges!

I contacted a local attorney who informed me he'd never heard of a "wolf 21" charge, and that payday loan companies cannot charge the debtor with a worthless check charge (which would be the only possible felony) but rather had to use standard collection agency procedures and file civil suit!

I later found out they had also called several of my relatives and my employer trying to contact me and informed them I had committed a felony!

I have reported them to the attorney general and the federal trade commission for violating the fair debt collections act, which the attorney told me they were in violation of.
