For 29.98 offered unlimited free downloads of CD's and mp3 songs and was unable to access for free

I was offered an unlimited amount of songs to download in CD form or for mp3 player and after i paid 29.98 and signed up i could not get to a real website, just ads to do any number of things such as trials for trying different things. There is no such legitamit web sight! Please help!
