Feel i've been ripp off

I've order 2 sets of rims and tires with a 2,000 dollars 2 days express for the total price of 4,710 dollars with western union. Once they recieved the money, the salesman told me the rims will be at my address in 2 to 3 days and wanted me to call back so they can give me a tracking number. Everytime i call for that tracking number they hangs up on me, no one wont talk to me. This has been going on for two weeks now.

Please help me.
