I am fortunate that I was not caught by RJ Makay rip-off.

First of all, this person Adrienne Obey is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL about your time. When you post resume on the jobsites like careerbuilder or Monster, she sends emails randomly.

She said she wants to have a phone interview with you and ask you to choose the time frame - date and time, which is always 2-3 days later. On the scheduled phone interview day, nobody calls, no contact info, no email response, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Couple days later, she emails you again asking you to set up a phone interview. I think those emails are all automated. So, she doesn't even know which phone interview she has completed or missed. Again, interview set-up, no response.

It happened to me three times. Just for curiosity, I set up an interview on Thanksgiving day and her automated email said my phone interview date was confirmed and she was looking for to talk with me. I am so glad she did not call me.

When you get email from RJ Makay, just ignore. They are not serious. I don't blame recruiters making money based on the number of contractors they find. But this person Adrienne Obey (if she is not artificial intelligence) is simply rude. Know the amount of phone interviews she can handle and respect the other party. I think lack of respect may be this company's philosophy. Who knows
