Discover/Walmart/Net Blue
Discover / Walmart / Net Blue Offer on Internet for $250.00 Credit from Walmart for switching to Discover Card

There was an offer on Internet, from Walmart, for $250.00 Credit if you transfered to Discover Card. This is what I did... And I waited and waited for my credit. When I contacted Discover, they said I would have to contact Net Blue. They agreeded that I qualified and should have my check any day. But, no luck. I called and called and each time I was told it was a Discover problem, or a Walmart problem, or a Net Blue problem.
I never got anywhere. I am now wondering if it was just a Scam.

I paid a transer fee of $80.00 and I would not only like my credit, but I feel, due to the time frame, and all the aggrivation, that I deserve the Credit AND the transfer fee. I am not pointing a finger, but I would like to know who the responsible party is. How do I go about persuing this???
