Billing me for services I don't have

Aol call alert is nothing but a big ripoff don't check into their services because even if you don't use their services they will still bill you for their srevices. They make it difficult to contact them so that you can have problems you have with them regarding this solved because that want o be able to continue to bill you and make money off of you. I have found that if you want to have this problem solved you have to put a stop payment in to your account that hey are billing, once they stop getting your money they will contact you.
