Poorly made, dangerous and they continue charging your bank acount! China

The infomercial with the cooker thats a little different than the ones in the store bcasue it had deeper cooking wells in it and a nice little old lady demonstrating many different foods that can be prepared fast and easy. Im a very busy mother and thought it was nice to have.
Worng! It was buy one get one free so what becasue its made poorly the hinges are not even tight so that it wiggles loosley when you open and close it. Its small and cheap plastic. The worse part is it gets extremly hot! Ive burned my hand using it. Its so hot the cheap plastic smells. Now after using it three times the teflon coating it chipping and peeling off so i cant use it at all. Im stuck with it and the one that is still in the box. Today my bank acount with debited a stragne amount like 13.25 and they went in calling themselves gai media not gai cooker as they did previously. Who do i call and how do i stop them? I already paid like $90.00.
