Rude, dishonest, salespeople, managers, owners are unprofessional and lie right in your face

Hello, I signed up for two things when I was stupid enough to purshase my car from Obrien Nissan in March, Auto theft warranty and road hazard warranty. Immediately after signing up I said I wanted to refund these two things cause I felt as if they were not worth what I paid for them, they counter offered me free oil changes for 5 years in order to not return the 2 warranties so I accepted. So the deal was I would still have those 2 warranties along with the free oil changes.

However they never payed those two companies for the warranties and when I tried to file a claim for a flat tire I had recently and the road hazzard warranty company said they have no record of me because the dealer never payed them. The total amount I was ripped off was over $1,000.

I later found out that the finance maager who conned me into it was fired for having some kind of scam where pople would purchase these warranties but he would pocket the money. I found this out throught one of the bookkeppers there.

When I tried contacting Obrien Nissan they do not return your phone calls and manager and owner are both very rude and cocky, I went into there office and sat down with them and they continued lying to my face and played stupid even though they had all the documents in front of them lol, I have two signed contracts, one for the Auto theft and one for the tire, wheel, rim Road hazard warranty, They are not honoring either of these that I paid over $1,000 for.

I have already gone through the better business bureau the next step is consumer affairs, I will do everything it takes to get back the money they stole from me!!!

Please do not buy a car from these lying deceptive unprofessional people!!!
