Charged Extra for Gym Visits I Never Made and Overdraft Fees

I was a client of LA Fitness, I was paying 10.65 almost 6 month but in 5/30 they say that I visit a gym that I never been there so they take money extra of my account. Been that checking my bank they put where gym I enter that I unfroze the account. But they continue to say that I went in order to get inside u need a tag number and they see u in the comp. So how it was that I ask for the pic if they check and the only thing they say that maybe some body had mine or they used my phone number to enter so if u have a pic in the comp how can they say that. After that they took more money I got a overdraft for it and I had to fight because they didn't want to pay the overdraft. And for the last I cancel but I still have to pay 2 more month even that u don't go. They r pretty strange company I don't know why they still working or they don't know how too. So be careful with this company in case they say u visit a gym without going.
