(CHBA) NATIONAL BENIFITS CONSULTANTS My family Was Scammed. Patient Pay was less expensive then their rates

This company is a fraud, they promise savings to their customers and have handed me nothing but a big packet of papers and a lovely bill each month.

I went into this program hoping that my family would have piece of mind, being a college student and my husband the only one working we needed some help with medical costs for ourselves and the children, so we tried on this company. This was a big mistake, Not only did they not provide us with discounts at the doctor the dentist or the pharmacy they kept telling me that i was not going to get a refund. The funny thing is that they're not even licensed to sell this (discount plan) In my state (who knew)!!! Well I hope i get a refund before the BBB gets a hold of them...

I reported them to the BBB and their not even members of the BBB but they have so many complaints the score they had was a c-.. How sad is that I am not the only person that apparently has had the same problems with this company
