Registration ceritificate rip off Tampa

I sent in a payment to register my two adult dogs & their litter. They received it ceritified mail in two days, processed my check in two days & said that I will receive my pets registration in two days. Well, I'm still waiting & it's been over a week now. They got my money but I don't have any certificates. I tried emailing them like I did before when they recieved my payment. However, I have sent numerous emails because there is no number to reach them. I haven't heard from anyone yet.

I do believe that this is a rip off company. I can't sale my litter unless they have their papers. This is putting me on hold & I'm am very upset that they would do such a thing. Especially, over registration papers. Do not-I repeat do not fall into this company. You will waste your time & your money. I'm starting an investigation on them now & reporting them.
