This company flat out lies!

I initially requested candy seat sashes out of this organization in 2007. Your count improved thus in 2008 I requested one more 36 sashes plus some table overlays. Once the overlays came these were of the low quality and so I chose to return them. The chair sashes weren't candy but brown (title shades on bags) and didn't come near to corresponding. I had been informed the maker makes modifications from time to time and that I might return the initial sashes when they were unopened plus they might trade them for that new shade. Additionally they stated they'd return the overlays (no reference to a restocking charge).

the 2nd order was created on May 12 and that I patiently waited in regards to a month after which approached the organization via live-chat with Angelina. I had been informed they'd created a reimbursement on 6-9-08 and had removed 20% for restocking. I advised her they were to switch the sashes not return. She rechecked and stated the 95 sashes were delivered on 6-3-08. I thanked her and waited again.

On June 23 I sent another mail requesting concerning the shipping day and was informed by Josephine that the reimbursement was delivered. I approached her again to see her that I had been dissatisfied they charged a restocking charge without informing me before I delivered something and also the math was wrong even when they'd obtained 20% for restocking and that I was nevertheless to get my sashes. She published back that it had been "completely good to cost a restocking" and not resolved the guarantee to switch sashes or even the wrong math.

the following mail I told her used to do not believe it will not be "completely good to consider significantly more than the proportion I had been informed". Kate subsequently published back and stated they chose to consider 30% for that initial purchase. These were to not reimbursement that purchase within the first-place! The corporation simply comprises lies to protect their errors. I've all of the communication written down and that I am likely to forward it towards the boss.
