I only know this is a rip-off because I checked them out and found others received the same. This letter and check came to a 12 year old. The letter read REF#129302, Claim Number ZKQ928311, ticket number 949130, numbers 3,7, 11,15, 23,28, 36, and 49. Signed Sara Dose, Vice President. Address on envelope P.O. Box 1920,80092 Richmond Ave East Niagara ON, L5R 3 W7, Canada stamp, possibly imprinted by post office-From anywhere to anyone De Partout jusqu'a vous 080620 01:20 L8E 2R0 094, Front of check says FIRST STATE BANK HEMPHILL, TEXAS 88-22081/1131 dated 06/20signed William H. McSSopil (close). The letter states "For security reasons, we advise that you keep this award from public notice until your claims have been finalized. This will help us prevent fraud and double claims.in order to facilitate speedy and hassle free processing of your claim, we have deducted $3,950 from your total price to enable you pay applicable Tax. Please contact one of your agents Dough Wilson or Rachel Pearson at 1-905-598-5917as soon as you receive this notification. All prices must be claimed by july 11. Letter says price not prize.
