JC Financials consumer's reward program lottery

I received a letter from J C Finacials stating I won a lottery of 39,000 that was credited to an account with the claim number: ZKQ928311. The amount was drawn from the total prize of 480,000.00 shared among the North American winners in this category. My name was attached to the ticket number 949130 and drew the the lucky numbers 3 7 11 15 23 28 36 and 49 which won the lottery in the second category. They stated in the letter that 3950.00 has been deducted from the total price to enable me to pay for applicable tax. I'm suppose to contact either Ricardo Carrol or Michelle Goodson at 1 905 598 3437 as soon as I received the notification. Bold typing they have: All prices must be claimed by July 11. Prices instead of prizes. I hope who is doing this gets caught and pay big. If anyone else gets one of these checks please do not attempt to cash because it is very much a huge fraud. I strongly encourage you to check it out first.
