Accessed my debit card for $15.95 on June 4 No authorization—Never had account with them. California

On June 4, this company took &15.95 from my checking account, via my Visa Debit card. I called the number provided.
A lady answered (hard to understand her broken English) She said she would cancel my account. I never had an account with that company and never heard of them.
Nothing has happened since then. I have a dispute form from my bank and am sending it in today. (TDBanknorth)
This is a rip off, and even though the money is a minimal amount, I will proceed with pursuing them on the principal of the matter.
