Tricked into giving payment details when only a $4.95 trial offered, now paying monthly for tea I do not want

I authorised payment of $4.95 for a FREE TRIAL of EasyWeightLossTea, and now receive a monthly delivery of tea and am paying monthly for this tea which I do not want.

I have now had 2 deliveries and have been debited for another to be delivered soon.

Have tried calling a number given on an email, which says that calling this number is the only way to cancel further deliveries, but unable to get through.
How can I stop this?
