Cream pain relief sending bills for product never ordered

I too have received bills from Painvanish company in PA for a pain relief cream that I never ordered or received. They are charging me $19.99 incorrectly, and refuse to answer my mail. Phone calls to the company are only automated - never a customer service rep. Now they have sent me a threatening letter to send the money or they will report me to a credit agency! They are bullying people who have never even ordered their products. Have others had any problems with this company?
