Ripoff scam Theylied to me about some stupid contest & screwed me out of my student loan money

First of all, I am a student in professional school who is up to his ears in student loans. So, I get this call over the summer that I am going to be entered in a contest to win $1,000, 000. Sounds like a dream come true, right? Wrong!!!

Just as I was getting excited about possibly getting some help with my financial status, I get some B.S. About magazine subscritions and some stupid free gift. I keep trying to explain to these people that I am a student and don't really have any source of income.

This went on for several minutes, and being the decent human being that I am, I did not hang up but continued listening to this person's reasoning. I finally gave in b/c I thought I might have a legitimate shot at maybe winning some money and that I might possibly be able to afford these magazines.

About a week went by and I realized that I really do not have the time or the money for these magazines. I call CMS up to tell them that I had changed my mind and that I don't want any of these damn magazines or their free gifts. I finally realized this was a scam when they told me that they could not cancel my order because it was already prepaid.By who I have no idea.

So now they continue to bill my credit card while I receive a pile of magazines that I don't even have time to read. Of course, being the uneducated bastards that they are at this so-called "company", they wouldn't know anything about post-graduate studies or the courseload I am faced with at school.

I urge anybody who gets a call from these people to tell them off before hanging up on them. DO NOT even take the time to hear what these people have to say like I did. These are the shadiest people I have ever dealt with in my life, and because of them, I am in even more debt than I should be at this point in my academic career.
