Incorrectly installed James Hardi Siding

Our flooring in the Master bath has discolored and has been removed. We have been told that it is because the cheap glue that Pulte Homes uses to install the vinyl that causes moisture to get up under it. Along with the spare bathroom. Also the carpet in the master bedroom became a trip hazard and had to be removed.

When we first moved in the flooring in the kitchen, breakfast area, pantry and laundry room was to be removed and replace for poor workmanship, it has come to our attention that the vendor your company used to install and or replace the flooring just applied new vinyl over the old causing it to be too soft to handle the weight of our appliances. The floor has several rips and has to be removed and replaced.

We are filing a claim for reimbursement for the following:

Carpet and flooring replacement, Sheetrock, trim, casing, baseboard, all prep, float, tape, texture and paint due to the faulty plumbing, Remove and replace all improperly installed siding and all relating trim. Haul away all debris.
Install new tyvek wrap, install new siding to Manufacturing specs. Replace all trim as needed,
Install Missing drip edge on northwest corner of our house.

The total depreciation of our house since we first contacted Pulte in regards to the faulty plumbing in November when we were going to put the house on the market $15000.00 and rising.

If you are not aware, the Texas attorney general is looking into this matter and has contacted us. The law will change to favor the consumer, not substandard homebuilders such as Pulte.

We are currently looking into filing personal lawsuits against any and all members of Pulte executive team (whether they are still working for Pulte or not) for mental distress that has caused my wife and myself. Not only did all of this occur she also lost her job that she did for 10 years in the same week. She is being treated for Anxiety and Depression due to no fault of her own.

We will be contacting all media stations in the Houston area to show how Pulte Homes has incorrectly installed siding in several subdivisions amounting to thousands of houses, and has no intention of correcting the matter. This will go great with your new radio ads.

We would like to put this to rest as soon as you can come to an agreement.
