Ruining credit by reporting i am deceased

I recently tried to get my auto refinaced but guess what, "I am Deceased"
What shocker that was: I have spent the last 4 weeks just trying to figure out how to correct this problem!
As you know you can't contact a real live person anywhere you call anymore so, If I am in the middle of a Fraud situation I'm screwed!!
