Ripoff a person who died two years ago UNBELIEVEABLE!

I keep receivng a bill at my home address that is for a person that I do not know, but do KNOW that they have been deceased for over 2 years. I KNOW that letters have been sent to worldcom, even a copy of the death certificate. Not only did the deceased person RETURN (immediately upon receipt) the telephone received, but wrote MANY letters complaining. Now, I guess the deceased is making calls "from beyond", as the bill total is now in excess of $1300.00. Should this be in 'RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT' or perhaps and item for "Sitings"
