The worst customer service ever. They ripped me off for a transaction they have did not authorize. When ever i call them i stay on hold for at least 30 minutes to just talk to a rude customer service agent that know just to say NO! No! No! THey told me they will have to send me to the departement that handel unauthorozed purchases and they gave me a phone number. I called that number it i left a 3 messges with no call back. They are crooks that do bussines and the goverment is leting them getting away with it. Consumer please do not use hotwire again.
