Banner heart hospital sueing doctor for 11 heart operations in 5 years

This medical facility has had me under the knife for a heart operation 11 times and implanted 7 pace makers.

The 8th pace maker was implanted after a failure of the 7th within 9 months time, these are supposed to last up to 5 years or more if the patient is lucky.

Come to find out the reason for the failures was due to the improper placement of the leads that go from the heart to the device for monitoring and pacing of the heart.

I have tried to locate an attorney that would take my case, but due to the restrictions of how much one can sue for, i have been unsuccessful in locating an attorney of admirable and conscious thought in pursuing this matter.
