Apex took 169.93 out of my checking without authorization

In late February i got a phone call. It was a telemarketer for Apex Travel. I kept telling them that i was'nt interested and that i did'nt give my account information over the phone. The person then put someone on the phone that was supposed to be a supervisor. This person assured me a few times that nothing more would be taken out of my account but 1.95 S&H for the packet they would send me with several different offers in it including some kind of diet pills. Finally tired of arguing with them i gave in and agreed to the 1.95 being taken out of my account. Stupid i know. I was supposed to receive this packett by UPS within a few days. Needless to say i never got any such packett and the 1.95 was taken from my account. I later contacted my bank and had a freeze put on my account so nothing elsa would be taken out. After about a month i had the freeze removed so i could pay bills and what not. On Friday June 13 I went to the bank to withdraw 200.00 to go to the store and found i only had 76.00 in my account. I was given a printout that showed Apex had taken 169.93 out of my account without my knowing it. I have since contacted the company's customer support and they say that since i did'nt respond within 14 days i had agreed to have this money taken from my account. I asked how they could do that when i did'nt receive anything from them. She told me that their recods showed i had in fact received the packett. Please help me recover my money!
