Debited my bank account for $19.95 without my knowledge or consent

I have no idea who this company is or what I was charged for or how they have obtained my debit card number. I know, from their phone answering system, they are in the Central Time zone, where I am, but I have no idea if they are also in Oklahoma. Given that another person here from Oklahoma has also complained about them, I think it's possible they are also located here, though I have no other way of knowing.
