Did me very wrong after the death of my Fiance

My Fiancee' bought me a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am and I used my paid off car as a trade in to get the car. We paid faithfully on it every other week. The payments were coming out of my Checking account. JD Byrider said they wanted 10,000 for the car.By the time we went thru the loan papers we owed close to 14,000.

My fiancee passed away September. I decided to move back to Ohio, but before I did I went to Cnac and produced a death certificate of my fiancee in Novenber of 2007 and asked if they could add my name to the account so I could get plates for it. Robert Cook stated "Don't worry we will take care of you" I said I need this done before I move back to Ohio on December 14th. Robert said " No Problem".

Well It was not done before I left and I was on the phone calling and calling. I would e-mail and would not get no answer. I finally got ahold of Robert and he said he would send me papers to sign, not to worry about anything just to sign them. The papers came and all they were was for me to gaunrantee the loan to them. I refused to sign and sent a letter to Robert stating that he needed to call me and explain what these papers were. I did not know what I was signing so I did not sign.

So, I have now been e-mailing and calling and to no response have I got. So, I withdrawed my money so they would not get a payment. They called and I told them to send Papers and I would send payment. They told me to send payment and They would send papers. I am not playing this game with them anymore. They got my car I traded and the monthly payments and I still owe 4,000 dollars. They have given me the run-around for seven months. I am done with them.

They charged way to much for the car and then screwed me twice. Now I won't have a car and they made off with one hell of a deal. How can they do this and get away with it. This is crazy.
