Ask for refund 2 times will not refund my money this a very shady company

I e-mail them 2 different time asking for refund telling them i can't afford the money. They refuse to answer any more of my e-mails asking for refund antone thinking about dealing with this company don't do it you will lose out. Plus they have hidden cost they don't tell you about until they get 49.00 from you first. I just wish no one would fell for the ripoff artist they are so be very aware of the thieves.
