I paid global timeshare $1,350.00 to sell my timeshare. They never sold it and kept my money. They wont even call me now that theyv'e got my money

I paid Global Timeshares $1,350.00 to sell my timeshare. They promised to advertise for me and to continue until it sells. David Palonco is the one who always called me.

After receiving my money, he would call and say he has a sale and never called me back to follow up so I would call him. There was always an excuse, child sick, he was sick, had to have a root canal, been out of town, a death in the family, etc. He got to where he wouldn't even call me. I left a lot of messages but never heard from him.

I decided to call the main office and leave a message for a supervisor to call me. I never heard from anyone so i called back and asked for a manager. I spoke with Adam who was very rude. He told me my contract was up, it only lasted six months. I told him there was no contract limit and asked him if that means I lose my money.

At that time I started to cry a little. He told me I was acting like a twelve year old because I was crying. I told him that was a lot of money to lose. He told me he was terminating the call and he hung up. (This was A manager)

I did receive an email the same afternoon saying I can continue my contract if i sign up again but i was scared they may take more money. After all, what good would it do, they never helped me the first time. They are a scam and I am still trying to pay my credit card off.
