Thought I signed up for simple upgrade to Adobe, got charged $70.80 on VISA for 3yr. Membership and downloads I did not yet receive

Thought I ordered an upgrade to Adobe Reader for less than $20, got bill for $70.80 on Visa card for 3 yr. Membership and two downloads of what I still do not know-do not have Adobe on pc. Called tel.# on Visa bill (800-784-3167 OH), was told I ordered all the items. Tried to get cancelled and get credit but told to go to the site Softwarehq-it is an expired domain and can't renew. Visa can't help as my complaint was reported after 60 days from date of bill. Certainly seems like I got ripped off.
