I am being billed $39.95 a month for something I have never ordered. I am reporting them as fraud to my bank. (I Think)

These charges keep showing up on my bank statement. I have never used my debit card to order anything, ever. There is nothing that shows who they are or how to contact. I will be reporting them 1st thing in the A.M. To my bank to have it removed.
