The company accepted my payment by PayPal and never shipped the merchandise. Repeated emails went unanswered and their published phone number does not answer Lynbrook New York

I ordered a porduct on-line. I opeted to pay by Pay Pal. The payment went through, I never received my merchandise. I filed a report with Pay Pal, but have had no results. I sent numerous emails to the company, but have nver received an answer. I have made repeated phone calls to the comapny, but their is never any answer.
