Easysaver and american leisure unauthorized charges to credit card

I received my credit card bill and there were 2 charges one for American Leisure and Easy Saver. I do not know how my card was charged. Approximately 2 weeks earlier I had received a advertisment from both of these companies wanting my business. I had not pursued either by phone or internet. I was going to their site today to investigate, when my search gave me the option of this site "complaint". I read where they had done this to other people. That is when I connected the 2 unknown charges on my card. I plan on reporting to ever agency I can on this illegal process.
